Trainee Process Operative needed in Tewkesbury, Training & Development Opportunity, Salary: Starting at £14.12 per hour rising to £14.54 with training, Hours: 37.5 per week, Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks).

What You’ll Do 
  • Learn and operate various production processes. 
  • Follow batch instructions and processing guidelines. 
  • Conduct routine quality and safety checks. 
  • Move materials and support production flow. 
  • Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards. 
  • Work across multiple shift types, including occasional Sundays. 

What We’re Looking For 
  • No previous experience required — full training provided. 
  • Ability to work across early, day, and late shifts. 
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Reliable and committed attitude. 
  • Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role. 
Shift Pattern 

Weekdays: 
  • Early: 05:00–13:00 
  • Day: 09:00–17:00 
  • Late: 13:00–finish 
Sunday: 
  • 06:00–finish (typically 10–11 hours)
