I am pleased to announce that a fantastic client of ours based in Chineham, Basingstoke are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to work in a fast paced and busy environment. This is a fantastic company to work for as they have good pride in looking after their staff.
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break per day.
Benefits: 23 days holiday per annum, bonus schemes for hitting certain targets and free on site parking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answering calls and emails to customers.
* Calling customers to advise.
* Quoting customers for inspections/calibration.
* Processing orders for calibration.
* Organising engineers to visit customers once they have received their order.
* Flexible to help others and any adhoc duties
* Customer service experience
* Adaptable to working in a fast paced and busy environment
* Strong on the phones
* Excellent communication skills
* Good admin and organisation skills
