Claims Handler. Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler to join a leading, reputable housing association in Plymouth, for a 6-8 weeks temporary assignment.
For this role, you will be required to:
Assist with the collation of accurate information to contribute to the annual insurance renewal programme.
Liaise with relevant people to gather comprehensive evidence to support the company's position in defence of insurance claims.
Ensure that all information relating to insurance claims is recorded accurately.
Provide a "meet and greet" service to customers, providing a first class customer response.
Provide a range of administrative tasks to support the day to day functionality of the team, to include the maintenance and security of information, typing, providing a minute taking service.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have previous claims/insurance experience.
