Night Shift Electrician required to join an experienced Technical (Electrical and Mechanical) Team with a primary role of ensuring the correct levels of support are available to production. You will provide technical support, and deliver training to both production and engineering support teams as required. You will be aligned with the department strategy of working together as to gain control of the factory.
You will provide first line Electrical breakdown support throughout all production areas and capture all work attended on SAP PM. You will also undertake unplanned PM's or rebuilds during any down time and support training and qualification of production and engineering shift teams to acquire all skills necessary to operate, maintain, changeover and troubleshoot production equipment autonomously in a safe and quality manner.
The successful candidates will have a minimum of relevant apprenticeship served and technical skills in Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment with an understanding of basic Mechanical Systems, with a view to undertaking a multiskilled role. You will have practical knowledge of maintenance systems and computer skills are necessary to update and maintain technical systems and standards.
