Patient Liaison Manager. Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Patient Liaison Manager on behalf of a Medical Practice based in Plympton.
The role will manage patient and family feedback (complaints and compliments, and qualitative feedback from surveys), and market their services through social media, the group's website, in the surgery and face to face, forging constructive two-way relationships with patient groups and other local organisations including facilitating the local patient groups.
This is a part - time role for approx. 3 months, working 22 hours per week. This will require flexibility in location as will often be required to cross between sites.
The role will involve:
Working closely with colleagues, service users, carers, the general public and other partners to ensure are proactively promoted internally and externally, and key stakeholders remain engaged.
Be responsible for developing and managing effective communication with the internal and external stakeholders.
Be responsive in the management of complaints, capture, analyse and understand patient and carer experience in order to prepare and provide reports and summaries to promote improvement and learning.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate recent experience of working in the health, social care or voluntary sector, have gained experience of investigating and responding to complaints and provide solutions, and possess strong communication skills, written and verbal.
