Absence Coordinator. Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Absence Coordinator to join a growing department of an occupational health provider in Plymouth.
This is an exciting chance to join an expanding organisation on a temporary to permanent basis, located at Derriford, offering a salary of £17,500.
As the Absence Coordinator your main objectives will be to provide an Administrative & Customer relations support for their absence service.
Specific duties will include:
Responding to all emails. To include:
Log/update absences for employees who were originally missing or from manager emails
Maintain a log of outstanding issues to be resolved with the client/Direct Response
Logging all issues on the issue log and investigating and responding to these
Sending regular client facing and internal reports
Maintaining employee data
Reviewing absence data
