Insurance Customer Service:
Working for a friendly and supportive company this is a fantastic opportunity to work as an Account Handler with a company that offers career progression and industry recognised training with automatic pay progression for each course stage completed.
Do you have previous experience working in a contact centre environment? Can you provide excellent Customer Service? You will need to be great on the phone, able to build rapport with customers and have precise attention to detail, making sure each call is recorded accurately. Strong IT skills and keyboard skills are a must.

You will be handling calls from high end clients who want to buy new insurance policies or update existing insurance policies. This is a fast paced customer focused environment.
You will enjoy talking to customers throughout the day on the phone who have recently purchased jewellery items looking for insurance cover. You will also handle day to day queries from clients and act as point of contact over the telephone.

There is a very supportive team and management structure. You'll be pleased to hear that the main goal is to provide outstanding customer service and this is not a target orientated role.

Unusually for many call centre environments this company works Monday-Friday! 1 day in 5 you will work until 7pm, with all other shifts finishing at 5-5:30pm.

The starting salary is £18,000 and with a structured salary pay increase, once you complete each training module, you'll receive a bonus and a pay increment!

Initially you receive 25 days holiday & Bank Holidays off! Holiday entitlement rises to 30 days.

Due to the location of the office, you MUST be a driver/able to commute without using public transport.

Full training is provided for this role. You will need experience working in a telephone contact centre, call centre or other fast paced customer service environment.
We particularly welcome candidates who have experience in Financial services, Banking, Mortgages, Insurance and Customer Service. You will need a minimum of GCSE's grades A-C in English and Maths.
