Sales executive/ Account management

I am currently recruiting for a large international courier delivery company based in Atherstone. This is a full time permanent position offering a salary of £22,000 - £23,000.
• To retain and develop existing customers and win new customers within a geographic territory, through regular telephone contact
• being the single point of contact for all Sales related enquiries the business account.
• Maintaining long-term customer relationships, via telephone business conversations.
• Educating customers and ensuring a seamless transaction for customers' consignments from collection through to payment.
• Be accountable for the completion of all customer requests, through building strong networks with internal departments.
• This will require allocation of the query to the right department and to educate customers to self-serve where possible.
• To achieve all standards and key performance indicators (KPI) in line with company objectives.
• Retaining and developing existing customers to continue and increase trade
• Acquisition of new business

• Building strong relationships via a robust contact strategy
• Satisfying customers by meeting the business and customer expectations

• Use of PC and computer screen, moving between different screens and utilising the telephone at the same time
• Position requires use of headset
• Telephone sales and or account management experience
• Pipeline management
• Customer Service Experience
• Inbound and outbound call centre experience
• Express or Logistics industry background
• Proven track record of achieving targets (personal)
• Organisational awareness (structure and products & services)
• Ability to interpret business information and define trends in order to turn into profitable revenue and maintain customer trade
