Our client based in the Stoke Aldermoor area of Coventry are seeking a customer service administrator to join their team as of 26th March on a temporary basis with the potential for this role to turn permanent for the right person.
This role will be working within a small friendly team and you will be responsible for:
- Answering telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
- Handling email enquiries.
- Inputting data on the in-house system
- Other admin duties as required
In order to be considered for this role, you must have online customer service experience, be fast and accurate and knowledge of Amazon and eBay would be beneficial although not essential.
This role is offering an hourly rate of £7.85 per hour and is offering working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
