Receptionist - 27 hours per week.
£10.00 per hour
I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist to work in a Health Care environment based in Solihull. This role requires someone to work Monday - Friday - 27 hours per week. Working hours varies from 8.15-18.30. All candidates must be available to begin employment by the beginning of September 2016. This role consist of working in a busy Health Care environment - previous experience within a Health Care/ surgery would be beneficial.
' Meeting and greeting all visitors/ patients
' Pass on all patient notes
' Telephone queries - redirecting calls
' Check and confirm all patient personal details against system records
' General administrative duties
' General support across the surgery
' Process payments
' Check -in patients
' Send referrals- update systems
' Postal duties
' Maintain the presentation of the waiting room
' Inform patients of any cancellations
' Assisting patients
' Signing all visitors in.
' Relevant receptionist experience is vital
' Must be well presented, with a friendly, approachable manner
' Must have excellent telephone manner
' Must have worked in a Health Care environment before
' Must be available to commute to Solihull on a daily basis
' Must be able to start employment at the beginning of September
' IT literate is beneficial
