Account Executive (Inside Sales) needed by a fantastic and rapidly expanding Pre-IPO SaaS Solution Vendor!
Calling all Account Executives! I'm currently working with a company that is already well established in the US but have a start-up style operation in the UK. With a compelling product set and a proven need within the EMEA marketplace, they are now set to ramp rapidly and need amazing sales talent to support this growth.

What will I get up to?
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for closing new business at a wide range of small to medium sized organisations. You will drive new business revenue opportunities, generate leads and build your sales pipeline (via outbound cold calling, social selling and managing inbound leads from marketing) and using your consultative sales approach you will quickly build a relationship with the customer, discovering their pain points and delivering solution proposals that meet their needs. This is a sales role which will see you based 95% of the time in the office and 5% on the field.
What do I need to be successful?
To be considered you must be a tenacious, proactive, consultative new business sales professional who has a proven successful track record of selling SaaS or cloud based business applications to small to medium size companies. You must be highly adept at finding, nurturing and ultimately closing new business and will possess excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills and the ability to work confidently with C-level customer decision makers. Highly organised, highly motivated and passionate , you will be open to learning new skills and methods and you will thrive in a fast paced team environment that is growing and changing. Experience with Salesforce.com is advantageous and you should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a competitive nature. Performers in the team can expect career progression and development into more senior sales roles.
Where will I be based?
Based out of their new Reading office this company are offering a fantastic package including stock options, a competitive basic of £45k-£50k, 100% OTE bonus, pension, medical and other benefits.
