Would you like to be part of a new and expanding Sales Team based in a friendly office environment?

Supporting the Internal Sales Manager within this busy Manufacturing organisation duties will include:
- Professionally handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Processing incoming orders and liaise with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met
- Generating quotations and follow up to close business in a timely and efficient manner
- General office administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and natural forward planner who is comfortable in dealing with both internal and external contacts, as well as being an empathetic communicator with a keen eye for detail.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and previous experience supporting within a Sales capacity. Good IT skills are essential with a knowledge of MS Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to work under pressure on many parallel and time critical tasks is key.

Previous experience with Sage and CRM systems are highly advantageous but not essential, as is a technical/ engineering qualification. If you do not have previous technical experience you must possess to ability to learn and understand technical products with full training provided.

Own transport is essential due to location.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an early Friday finish! Salary is between £20k - £26k + bonus depending on experience and company benefits include; 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, private healthcare and free onsite parking.
