Fantastic nine month fixed term opportunity available with our global corporate client based in Redhill.
Due to start as soon as possible, although notice periods may be taken into account. You will be working directly with the Company and therefore can enjoy an excellent benefits package including flexi-time, gym membership. private healthcare and bonuses. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
The role will involve undertaking a number of duties which will include:
- Organising travel and accommodation for senior staff
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Covering Reception
- Assisting in post room duties
- Assisting in admin project work
In order to be successful in this role, you must have existing administration experience and a proficiency in Excel as well as excellent communication skills
