Part-time temporary Administrator required for our lovely third sector client based on the outskirts of Burgess Hill. Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team for around 4 weeks (whilst they recruit for a permanent member of staff, but with potential to be extended further.
Hours of work will be part-time five hours per day Monday - Friday (hours worked can be flexible around you, as long as they are within 9am - 5pm). This role is due to commence immediately. Free parking on site, but you must have your own car due to rural location.
This position will invole working closely the Finance Manager to issue and pay invoices, updating databases and ad-hoc admin duties.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have existing experience of working within a Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger based position and be immediately available.
