Fantastic opportunity available for an Administrator to join and a busy and supportive Procurement team with our client in central Edenbridge, who are a successful nationwide construction firm.
This role is due to commence as soon as possible, although notice periods will be taken into account. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (although 4 days per week will also be considered for those interested in working part-time). Free parking on site and excellent scope for progression.
The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the Procurement team, uploading documents onto electronic authority processing systems and managing the workflow of these, and supporting the Assistant buyer in setting up procurement plans and general day to day administration duties.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have existing administrative experience. Experience of working with in a procurement environment would be beneficial but not essential. Must have excellent organizational skills and be a strong communicator.
