This position is available due to restructuring, you will be starting the team at an exciting time of growth! Our client, based in Cranleigh, is looking for a very customer focussed individual who enjoys co-ordinating projects from start to finish and working in a team of 4, acting as a first point of contact for the customer, production team and warehouse team throughout the process.
This role is due to commence as soon as possible, although notice periods will be taken into account. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 7.30 - 4.30 (45 mins lunch) and due to location, you must have your own transport. Extensive free parking outside.
You will be responsible for handling general enquiries by phone and email with regards to products and services. Your role will involve sourcing information from the potential client, booking them appointments with a team of surveyors, creating quotations, and upon the customer giving the 'go-ahead' you will raise the order and remain in constant communication between the production team and the client throughout the installation process. Additionally, you will be looking after the client post-installation and dealing with any enquiries that they may have.
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience/competencies:

- Confident user of a CRM (preferably Goldvision) MS Office & ERP
