Brand office based position available due to expansion, with our very well established manufacturing client in Billingshurst.
You will be joining a team of three and acting as a main point of contact for the Company's existing client base ordering products and dealing with general enquiries by phone and email. Hours f work will be Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm, with free parking on site and 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
On the job training will be provided and you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our client's customer base.
Skills and experience required for this role will involve:
- Having an excellent telephone manner, a good work ethic and an ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate and with previous experience in a sales and/or administration environment
- An ability to understand and provide advice on, the basic technical features of the products
- Experience of working within a technical equipment/manufacturing business would be beneficial but not essential
