Our client, based in Salfords, is recruiting for an ongoing Administrator to join their busy Design team with immediate effect.
Hours of work are 9am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday, however there can be flexibility with this for the right candidate.
This is a varied administration role, with duties as follows:
- Answering calls to the department, fielding effectively and dealing with client requests
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Procurement of materials
- Filing and archiving
- Ad-hoc administration projects as required
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Existing administrative experience
- Proficiency in usage of MS Office package
- Excellent organizational skills
