Fantastic opportunity to work with a hugely successful global organization, operating in over 120 countries. This role will be based in the modern and spacious Redhill office, just a 5 minute walk from the train station.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday and core hours are 9am - 5pm (although flexi-time is offered post-probation). The focus of this role is to manage a team of Account Managers, based within the office (responsible for 3 - 9 direct reports). Duties involved in the role will include:

- Handling all recruitment, as well as training and development of all team members to ensure that they provide an executive level of service to b2b clients
- Setting objectives to team members
- Provide annual appraisals and monthly 1- to - 1's to monitor individual activity
- Attend meetings with clients to ensure that service levels are being met
- Continuously evaluate processes to source improvements
- Ensure that key stakeholder KPI's are met
- Ensure that team targets are met including resolution of queries and billing across the team
- Play a key part in tender bids and negotiation of SLA's for new customers and renewals

In order to be successful in this position, the successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

- At least 3 years experience of dealing with large group industrial customer segments, ideally within the utilities industry in a customer focused role
- Understanding of the customer life cycle and the requirements of supporting requirements
- Experience of dealing with complex data and being able to produce meaningful analysis
- Must be of graduate calibre
- Ability to forge strong working relationships
