Temporary Part-time Accounts professional required immediately to manage day to day accounts for a friendly and supportive SME based in the centre of Crawley. The role is available on an ongoing basis, whilst a permanent member of staff is sourced. The role will cover Sales ledger, Purchase ledger and Nominal Ledger for all aspects of the business.
Hours of work can be flexible around the successful candidate but would be expected to work Monday - Friday from around the hours of 8.30 - 2pm. Free parking on site and excellent links to public transport. The role is due to start as soon as possible.
Quickbooks is used on a daily basis within organisation and therefore previous experience of utilizing the programme would be beneficial as well as good all-round knowledge of running accounts. A working knowledge of Payroll, specifically CIS is essential as well as processing VAT. Proficiency in Excel is also highly beneficial.
