Brand new opportunity available with a very well established small - medium organization based in Morden. This is a perfect role for a candidate who enjoys a varied and busy workload, with a friendly and supportive team.
The role is due to commence as soon as possible, although notice periods will be taken into account. Hours of work is Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm, with 20 days holidays + 8 bank holidays. There is extensive free parking on site.
As a Hire Desk Administrator, you will act as a first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from business customers. You will be assigning equipment to jobs and maintaining a daily schedule as well as management of all the associated paperwork. Health and Safety is key, and part of this role will also involve ensuring that all H & S paperwork is correctly filled out and maintained correctly both physically and on Excel spreadsheets.
We are looking for a candidate with existing administration experience and excellent telephone and written communication skills, A proficiency in Word and Excel is also essential.
