Fantastic permanent administrative opportunity available with our client in central Edenbridge.
Immediately available opportunity to work with a nationwide construction company, within their Edenbridge offices. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm (1 hour lunch). The office has lots of free parking outside and is also in close proximity of the train station.
This role will involve being a central point of contact for Contractors working out on site and handling project administration: prodiminantly ordering supplies for various projects (working on 3/4 at one time). You will be liaising with set suppliers to source materials and building lasting relationships. When goods are received, you will then match orders to delivery notes.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have good MS Office skills and the ability to co-ordinate and multi-task multiple projects. Experience of working within a construction office would be beneficial but not essential.
