Varied and interesting permanent Service Co-ordinator/Contracts Administrator role available with our client, based in central Chessington. This role will involve acting as a central point of contact for clients and engineers and offers a fun, relaxed feel office.
The role is due to commence as soon as possible, although notice periods may be taken into account. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and the holiday entitlement is 4 weeks, alongside perks of free parking and an annual company bonus (calculated on Company performance).
The focus of this role will be to work alongside existing clients to administer maintenance contracts, arrange service visits, provide renewal quotations and invoicing (dealing with day to day queries). You will be responsible for assigning a team of 9 engineers to service jobs, ensuring that they have the correct parts required and all documents prepared. You will also be utilizing SAP Customer Care Suite database on a daily basis.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have a calm, organized approach and an excellent telephone manner. You will have existing order processing/stock control expeirnce within an office environment. Existing experience in SAP would be highly beneficial as well as an intermediate - advanced level of MS Excel.
