Customer Service Administrator to join their team in
Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable company and play a key role in ensuring seamless customer service.
The Package:- Competitive salary up to £25,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, & 1 in 4 Saturdays (paid overtime)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing each year

Key Responsibilities:- Set up and amend customer accounts on company database
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Liaise with the accounts department to ensure all billing issues are resolved.
- Process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain effective communication links between customers and overseas production teams
Qualifications & Experience:- Previous experience in customer service & administration (junior candidates will also be considered)
- IT competency, particularly with databases
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Full training provided
