Account Manager to their growing team in
Henfield.Role Overview:As Account Manager, you'll act as the main point of contact for key customers and accounts - handling everything from enquiries and quotes to maintaining relationships and identifying new opportunities. You'll play a vital role in both retaining existing business and securing new clients through outbound sales activity, networking, and trade event attendance.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for key customers and account enquiries
- Provide quotes and follow up to convert into sales
- Resolve any issues around pricing or delivery with professionalism
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with customers to retain business
- Attend customer meetings, industry trade shows, and networking events
- Make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
- Support commercial pricing decisions through negotiation and customer insight
The Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally with telesales exposure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- A proactive and flexible attitude, with willingness to travel for off-site meetings and industry events
- Experience in or knowledge of the electrical sector is a bonus but not essential
What's on Offer:- Salary of £26,500 - £28,000 DOE with OTE up to £35,000pa
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break
