Chef – Event Catering - £34-40,000 – Sutton Coldfield
- Sous or Head Chef required to oversee mobile event catering for weddings, corporate events and private functions

Having catered for hundreds of weddings, corporate events and private functions my client prides itself on creating unique and exiting dining experiences. Their menus are carefully planned and presented and beautifully reflect the changing seasons of the UK. You will be working closely with a very talented development chef that has over 10 years’ experience at Michelin starred restaurants.
This is an exciting time for the business with 2024 set to be their busiest year yet with some amazing events booked in.
The successful Chef will need- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Event Catering
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A good knowledge of financial implications and margin control
- An excellent understanding of systems and procedures as well as the ability to think on your feet
- Experience of off site, large luxury events would be beneficial
- Ability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Always willing to go the extra mile for our clients with a positive can do attitude.
- Exceptionally well organised with a keen eye for detail
