Permanent day shift and permanent night shift positions available.

Due to expansion we have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Agents or Call Cantre Operatives to work for an behalf of the number one VIP Airport Chauffeur and passenger meet and greet services company based near Heathrow airport.

These are full time permanent position covering a 7 day a week operation. Full product training provided. Free onsite parking with a great team working environment. The company also offers excellent opportunities for company progression.

The role will be to provide ground transport assistance to first class and business class airline passengers.

The main duties of The Call Centre Agent will include:

Accurately taking customer reservations by telephone and email
Arranging transport and meet and greet services in line with customer journey requirements
Inputting customer reservations onto the in house reservations system
Clearly advising customers of their reservation and sending notification correspondence by email
Deal with customer complaints and any reservation complications
Accurately manage and customer changes to their reservations and send out new amended reservations correspondence

The essential skills and experience required for the Call Centre include:

Call centre or reservations experience within a corporate environment is essential
First class communications skills
Be extremely proficient in communicating English both written and verbal
A basic understanding of major cities in the UK and their geographical locations
Good It skills and the ability to talk and type accurately
Excellent customer service skills

Applicants with experience within a similar role or within the leisure or transport industry such as Reservations Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Operative, Telephone Operator, Inbound Call Centre, Outbound Call Centre, Telephone Reservations, Telesales Agent, Telesales, Contact Centre, Contact Centre Agent or Customer Contact Centre will have a distinct advantage.

In return you will receive:

£16,598 - £18.678 for day shift roles working 1100 hrs - 2300 hrs and covering a 7 day a week operation

£19,552 - £21,632 for night shift roles working 1800 hrs - 0600 hrs and covering a 7 day a week operation
