A fantastic opportunity within Harrow Council for a self-driven and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as a Customer Service Advisor.
In return we pay a competitive rate of £10.40 per hour
other benefits include excellent training and support for career development and 21 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays).
To be successful in this role you would need to have the below skills & experience:
Contact or call centre experience
" Customer services experience front of house, face-2-face or telephony service, by email or letter
Dealing with difficult customers over the telephone and been able to give negative information in a positive manner.
Be punctual and a team player able to work with others within a team environment
Able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
