ARE YOU A MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER LOOKING TO WORK ON A PRESTIGIOUS AND EXCITING CONTRACT PAYING UP TO £35000 PLUS OVERTIME!?

This role is a static role based in South West London on a one man site, giving the successful Maintenance Electrical Engineer a real sense of autonomy and the opportunity to implement change and develop their skill set.

This role will require you to carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as required on PPM schedule and highlight major defects to management/Helpdesk and implement quotations for repairs, as required. You will also need to carry out instructions as necessary, on any additional works or specific requirements generated through client's representative and liaise with management and client accordingly. Additionally, you will be carrying out daily monitoring and be responsible of all main plant and equipment within buildings to ensure designed working environmental conditions are maintained, on behalf of client. You will need to be able to carry out fault diagnosis and repair, to ensure the client's business continuity is maintained at all times.

The ideal Engineer will have strong soft skills and will be able to communicate and liaise with suppliers and specialist contractors at ease.

Specification for Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Health and safety awareness

• City and Guilds 2361 Electrical Qualification or equivalent

• 17th Edition

• C and G 2391 desirable

• Customer care/relationship building skills

• Electrical fault finding skills

• Electrical testing skills

• Cooling Tower and Plant Experience

• Commercial Engineering background
