A leading service provider is looking for a Bid Cost Modeller in their London head office to work within the Business Development team.
They are looking for someone to develop and own the integrated cost model and support the improvement of best quality solutions.
The role will include:
- working closely with estimators and finance department
- developing FM cost models
- producing financial reports
- be the leader of the pricing element within bid opportunities
- completing pricing documents
- ensuring the elements of pricing models are accurate
- understand the build-up costs
The ideal candidate will have experience within a costing or finance role within FM services, managing complex calculations and data, qualified to MS Excel Advanced level. They will be able to communicate clearly, have strong organisational skills and be a team player.
