We are currently recruiting for a Property Investment Administrator on a temporary basis for a company based in Stratford Upon Avon. Working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with a pay rate of £8 per hour.
Main duties of the Property Investment Administrator include:
Raise works orders or inspection requests in accordance with the Association's policies and procedures.
Respond to written and phone queries relating to proposed and confirmed Planned works, updating CRM as necessary. Responsible for processing orders.
Ensure that residents are kept informed where necessary.
Collate list and status of on-going complaints as well as learning points on conclusion of complaints.
Maintain all computerised and manual records including filing for projects, works and programmed improvements. Ensure timely and accurate processing of data, including tenant satisfaction, to support business activity.
Assist in the provision of information for the computerised database for Stock Condition, Asbestos, Fire Risk Assessment and any other areas as required
Collate agendas and take minutes for departmental and contract meetings.
Process invoices including entering payment details into the computer system ensuring compliance with contracts.
Carry out tasks such as word processing, including processing correspondence, specifications and providing general support to the Property Investment Team (to include correspondence, tender and quotation log
Must have admin experience
Must have a knowledge of Microsoft Packages
