My client is a small, friendly, warm team who are now looking to welcome an open minded and adaptable Purchase Ledger to join their team based in Leamington spa. This role will be working standard business hours Monday to Friday with great benefits on offer, however, due to the location you will need to be able to drive. You will need a Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Daily Duties: Processing and Checking Invoices Sending out invoices to be authorised by our Branches Liaising with Suppliers via Email and Telephone Responding to any queries regarding Purchase Ledger Setting up New accounts General Administration Code and check invoices The successful candidate will Ideally have experience within an accounts/ finance department involving similar duties, experience within working as a Purchase Ledger would also be advantageous. Although, a basic knowledge of Purchase Ledger is required. You will need to be happy to embrace change and direction and have a positive flexible approach to your work load.
