I am currently recruiting for a Training Support Administrator working for a department with Pertemps Recruitment. This is an amazing opportunity as the successful candidate will be offered an Apprenticeship programme after they have completed their first 12 weeks.
This is a full time temporary – permanent position paying up to £8.50 per hour depending on experience working Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm.
Main duties for the Training Support Administrator:
Supporting Programme Development Manager with Curriculum activities including; Researching and summarising literature
Supporting Programme Development Manager with creating resources (laminating, cutting etc)
Researching current affairs for session "energisers and walk-ins"
Updating training attendance records
Chasing and tracking of delegates
Collating session feedback
Management of the course printing and distribution of materials
Knowledge and Qualifications
Firm understanding & experience of Learning, Development & Training principles (including the Learning Cycle, learning styles and inclusion)
GCSE or Level 2 in Maths, English and ICT
• Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication – tailoring to the audience
• Enthusiastic – can do approach
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and forward/contingency planning
• Strong attention to detail
The successful candidate upon completion of 12 weeks satisfactory TIB will be offered a permanent role and a formal Apprenticeship programme.
