My client is a small, friendly, warm team who are now looking to welcome an open minded and adaptable Purchase Ledger to join their team based in Leamington spa. This role will be working standard business hours Monday to Friday with great benefits on offer, however, due to the location you will need to be able to drive and within the next few months the offices will also be moving to Coventry.

You will need a Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Daily Duties:

Processing and Checking Invoices

Sending out invoices to be authorised by our Branches

Liaising with Suppliers via Email and Telephone

Responding to any queries regarding Purchase Ledger

Setting up New accounts

General Administration

Code and check invoices

The successful candidate will have experience working as a sales or Purchase Ledger, you will need to be happy to embrace change and direction and have a positive flexible approach to your work load.

The slary for this role will be between £21,000-£26,000 dependent on experience etc.
