I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service role based in the Warwick area working 9am - 17:30pm on a Temporary basis.
The central responsibility is to provide a smooth administrative transition for domestic customers looking to leave the company as their LPG supplier. To begin with the aim is for the agent to provide additional admin support to the tank transfer team, as time goes on the agent will be taught entry level admin tasks to assist in the smooth conclusion of the tank transfer process. Tasks will include:
Distribution of Tank Transfer post
Processing Tank Transfer paperwork
Processing Competitor Tank Transfer paperwork
Lease with Competitors regarding acquisition/sale of tanks and other administrative queries.
Lease with Sales force concerning resites/High usage retention etc
Lease with Engineering for Engineer appointments.
Lease with depots for delivery's/queries etc.
They have excellent interpersonal skills and display effective written and verbal communication skills.
They are highly motivated, with the ability to self manage, use their initiative and analyse problems.
They demonstrate customer focus and are tenacious in the pursuit of business and team goals.
Able to work as a team member, you will have a flexible and adaptable approach and will demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills. With the ability to use your initiative and analyse problems you will have good attention to detail.
Agent should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
