BJD Group has been appointed to find a Service Coordinator for a large corporate company based in Haverhill. The successful candidate will have great customer service skills, work well as part of a busy fast paced team and will be professional and confident when on customer calls.
The starting salary on offer is up to £17,300 + 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, and single life assurance.
The hours on offer are 42.5 hours per week which includes a 1 in 4 weekend remote working.

As Service Coordinator you will be the first point of call for customers and clients. You will work to resolve any issues professionally and efficiently where possible, or arrange the necessary engineers for the job.
Your key accountabilities will be:-
• Taking customer and client calls and resolving any issues they have by either assisting over the phone, on the relevant system or arrange for the engineering team to go out.
• Work with the team to ensure all requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Ensure the systems and all documents are update with each action you make.
• Completion of all diary requirements on a day to day basis.
• Assist with ordering of spare parts for the Engineers when needed.

It would be beneficial to also have:-
• Microsoft Office experience including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experienced of fast paced Customer Service roles. (Call centre environment)
• Highly organised.
• Use to working in a team environment.
