HR Business Partner
A leading engineering organisation that can boast incredible growth since their inception is seeking a highly capable HR Business Partner to join an existing and established HR function.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive generalist service to a highly educated workforce of highly skilled engineers. With the HR structure having recently changed to incorporate this level of role – and being the first HR Business Partner within the function – you will be accountable for acting as a first point of contact for staff throughout the business, providing both a proactive and reactive service when required, as well as getting involved in transactional issues as and when required (although you will be supported by an HR Administrator). This will allow the Head of HR to focus on the more complex and strategic HR issues, something that they will involve you in!
With HR's influence across the business growing, you will be instrumental in ensuring that HR continues to offer excellent customer service, and highlighting the value it can add to the organisation.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Hold a degree (this is non-negotiable, and does not matter what your degree is in, but you will not be considered without this);
- Have worked within an organisation that can boast a white collar workforce (Engineering, Technology, Professional Services are ideal);
- Have gained experience of working within an SME;
- Be tenacious, energetic, approachable and professional.
