Reward Specialist vacancy - Bradford – 35K per annum We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reward professional to work for a well-respected, large organisation in Bradford. This position will be based at their head office and will suit an experienced Reward Specialist or Reward Analyst. As a reward specialist you will support the Reward Managers and Head of to develop and implement the divisional reward plans and provide robust and insightful data to support effective decision making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate an understanding of business objectives, roles, responsibilities, issues etc. • Deliver a customer focused, proactive, specialist reward service to the business • Coach and support key stakeholders on reward policies and practices to enable successful delivery of the reward plan ensuring compliance with the organisation's remuneration approach. • Review and analysis of the external market ensuring that remuneration in all forms is benchmarked against industry comparators ensuring we attract and retain the right skills for the right cost. • Continually support implementation and ongoing maintenance of the overall organisation design process, encompassing job evaluation, grading structures and job families. PERSON SPECIFICATION • Highly numerate with advanced analytical skills and experience of building complex excel models, ability to interpret data with an excellent attention to detail • The ability to build and maintain networks that provide internal and external customer insight • Growing commercial and financial understanding • Proven ability to deliver under pressure and in situations of ambiguity • A professional background as either a Reward specialist or Analyst • A demonstrable track record of building strong relationships establishing yourself as a trusted expert If this interests you and would like to be considered for this fantastic opportunity please call James Caspersen at Network HR on 0121 450 5030 or email a copy of your current CV to
