Network HR are supporting a specialist Consultancy firm to hire a Chicago based, Talent Acquisition Partner, as they embark on a period of expansion and change. Primarily focused on the recruitment of Management Consultants across the US (Chicago and New York) the Talent Acquisition Partner will be hands on in fulfilling the businesses recruitment needs as well as building talent pipelines and driving strategy.
The successful individual will be highly experienced in direct sourcing and will cover the full end to end recruitment process, from direct sourcing (LinkedIn, CV Boards, Leverage Networks, Headhunting, Market Mapping etc) candidate management, coordinating and conducting interviews and obtaining client feedback, as well as stakeholder management.
The business operate in a competitive market and have ambitious plans to grow, the Talent Acquisition Partner will need to be solutions focused and creative in their approach, thinking outside the box for different attraction methods as well as being able to future plan and build a strong network. You will be expected to operate in a direct sourcing fashion with occasional support from an agency for none consultancy roles where required.

It is highly desirable for the Talent Acquisition Partner to have previous experience recruiting for Procurement Specialists / Managing Consultants with proven success in direct sourcing and talent pipelining. Typical volumes of hiring can be between 30 - 60 hires per year.
