Receptionist/Admin Support required for a local company based in Salisbury. Paying £8.00 per hour. This is a full-time permanent position. Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Free parking is available on the road along with 4 weeks holiday + all public bank holidays.
As a Receptionist/Admin Support for this professional company your core responsibilities will consist of the following:
- Answer all incoming calls and either deal with the enquiry or screen the call before forwarding them through to the correct person
- Meet and greet all visitors on arrival to the company
- Cost small items and deal with over the counter sales to trade and retail customers
- Arrange appointments
- Type up quotations
- Creating glass design/orders using bespoke software
- This would suit someone with the following skills/experience:
- Previous Admin and/or Reception experience
- A professional, friendly and polite approach
- Confident and clear communicator
- Excellent interpersonal and customer skills
- Enthusiastic, a good team player and able to work on your own initiative.
- Basic Word & Excel knowledge
This is an interesting and varied position that provides an opportunity to utilise a range of skills. Full training will be provided.
