Coordinator required to work within the commercial department to manage the aftersales enquiries. Working for a family orientated manufacturing company in Salisbury. This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary between £21,000-£23,000 dependent on skills and experience. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08.00am - 17.00pm and Fridays 08.00am - 16.30pm. Benefits include 28 days holiday including bank holidays, FREE parking within the immediate vicinity, pension and annual bonus dependant on company performance and career progression.
As a Coordinator your key responsibilities will be to coordinate, organise and ensure the smooth running of the Estimating/Installation Department with duties to include:
- To be the first point of contact for anyone contacting or visiting the department
- Contacting contractors and clients to ensure satisfaction upon job completion
- Attending meetings and taking minute meetings when necessary
- Recording new enquiries and file accordingly
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and new order files per contract
- Filing technical information such as drawings and product brochures
- Gathering and producing company documentation such as pre-qualification questionnaires and operation and maintenance manuals
- Organising samples from suppliers to send to the client and seeing through to ensure successful delivery
In order to become part of this successful team as a Coordinator you must possess the following:
- Previous experience working in an busy administrative role
- Good working knowledge of IT Systems and Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
- Confident and professional yet friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Able to prioritise workloads
- A keen eye for detail
- Reliable and dependable
