Pertemps Sheffield are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Sheffield City Centre.
Day to day duties include:
Dealing with incoming calls from Savings customers
Dealing with Bereavement cases
Dealing with Power of Attorney cases
Helping customer with internet banking inquiries
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor position will be able to:
Deal with skillful and sensitive conversations.
Be able to adapt communication style to suit different demographics
Have solid PC Skills
5 weeks full training will be given prior to starting and during this time no Holidays may be taken.
35 hours per week on a Rota basis
Between 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday and
09:00 - 17:00 Saturday
2 weeks early
2 weeks late
2 Saturdays in 3
Rota provided 12 weeks in advance.
