A well-established, forward thinking Ledbury based business is currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. They have a strong team ethic and are looking for somebody to share their passion in creating a challenging and rewarding environment to work within.
Based in Ledbury, Herefordshire within a medium sized Sales Support team you will be responsible for the following:-
Enter & process all orders in ERP systems.
Manage all orders, enquiries.
Co-ordinating product launches
Prepare & Follow up quotations
Data Analysis & communication
The Successful Applicant
Must have experience in a Sales Support Role
Experience with ERP and /or CRM systems
Advanced Excel or Spreadsheet skills & analytical
Must have a high standard of verbal and written communication
Confident, bubbly and enthusiastic
A team player, as well as the ability to work independently
Happy to undertake ongoing training
