Do you want to become part of a well-established friendly Leeds based Creative Agency based in Leeds city centre?... These guys have been around for many years and have a loyal portfolio of clients who are known top retail brands. They are currently looking to enhance the team with a leader who will act as a crucial support to the Creative Director and will help assist in leading the design team. Job Description: As Lead Designer, you will use your design expertise and project management skills to work collaboratively with the agencies clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional design solutions, challenging when necessary and steering away from the norm! A well as a hands on designer, you will have the experience and ability to manage, motivate, mentor and inspire the team. You will be client facing when required, so the ability to present confidently with gravitas is essential. You will be expected to challenge the design and account team to push the brief where possible What We're Looking For: Your previous design experience will span across branding, typography and advertising along with some exposure to digital design. Ideally you will have worked across Retail, POS and have an understanding of Shopper Marketing. A natural team player, you will work well under pressure and will set a positive example to other team members. You will ideally come from an agency design background and will have a breadth of work in your portfolio to demonstrate your experience.
