We are recruiting for an inbound and outbound customer service advisor for our client in Thame.

Do you have customer service experience?

Do you have a passion for all things automotive?

Are you able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills?

As the successful candidate for this position you would have previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre setting. You would show you are confident, enthusiastic, and have an excellent telephone manner.

Working hours are Monday - Friday between 08.30 - 22.00 & (1 in 3) Saturdays 09.00-17.30. When Saturdays are worked, a day off in Lieu is given.

2 days holiday + Bank holidays (Increasing a day a year and capped at 31).
