We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist for our client who is based in Aylesbury.

Some of the duties and responsibilities would be:
Meeting and greeting visitors. Ensuring visitor's badges are completed and informing the relevant staff member of their arrival.
Dealing with incoming post (opening and distributing).
Sales Administration Team filing.
Ordering and distribution of lunches in the absence of the Director's Secretary.
Arrange airport/hotel/office transportation for staff and visitors as required in the absence of the Director's Secretary.
Assisting with travel bookings and administration in the absence of the Director's Secretary.
General data entry.
Review and update on a regular basis the staff contact and telephone extension lists.
Updating the LED screens each week.
Assisting other departments with general administration i.e. Engineering, Purchasing, R&D, Health,Safety and Facilities).
Placing stationary orders after obtaining the necessary approvals.
Ideally the client is looking for someone with a good standard of general education and solid office experience within an administration role.
Skills and experience required to fulfil the position:
Good telephone manner.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
