Administrator required for our busy courier company who is based in Westcott on a temporary to permanent basis.
As an administrator your responsibilities would be:
Answer incoming phone calls
Respond to emails
Liaise with drivers
To be successful you would have the following skills and experience:
Previous office administration experience
Excellent levels of written and spoken English
Ability to deal with difficult situation
Ability to prioritise workloads
Experience of excel, word and outlook
Excellent telephone manner
Your working hours would be Monday- Friday 10.30am - 7.30pm.
Due to location, candidates would need their own transport.
