Sous Chef required on a Permanent contract for our client based in Aylesbury.
As a Sous Chef your duties would be:
Work alongside the head chef
Run the kitchen in the head chefs absence
Ability to work in a clean and safe manner
Prepare quality dishes and assist with menu writing
Previous kitchen experience, either as a sous chef or as a chef de partie
Knowledge of working in a kitchen preparing food
Food hygiene certificate
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar position
This position is available with an immediate start, paying a salary up to £20,000
You would be required to work 5 days out of 7, covering 40 hours per week
