I am recruiting on behalf of my client for a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Resourcer are:
Liaise with on-site contacts to understand and qualify hiring requirements.
Network with candidates and workers to obtain referrals for new candidates
To generate and effectively manage candidate applications ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Source and screen all applicants before sending through ensuring only the appropriate candidates are presented.
Arrange all interviews between the client and candidates, taking responsibility for obtaining feedback and relaying this to the candidate in an appropriate way.
Negotiate all starter offers and arrange related paperwork.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with on-site contacts.
Ensure all documents and processes used are in accordance with company standards.
Maintain all files and databases to ensure the effective support, tracking and management of the contractor workforce.
Achieve placement targets.
Have a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience
You will have Excellent communication skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Reliable and well organised
Sound business ethics and integrity
Able to work well under pressure
Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
Ability to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitment

As a Senior Recruitment Resourcer you would receive a competitive salary up to £23,000 and generous bonus structure. Your working hours would be Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
