This is an fantastic opportunity to work for a company based in Aylesbury. It's an exciting time as we have experience organic growth consistently for the last few years. The business is looking to expand its portfolio of products and services and grow the sales team and internal support team. As a result we are looking to recruit an office manager to assist int the office expansions and generally support both h staff and office environments.
You will be an office manager who has a background running a small office, with a proven track in being proactive with implementing systems, processes and solutions to improve productivity and costs savings throughout the office.
We ae looking for a person with a proactive attitude who will bring fresh ideas in the running of the office, be able to talk to all levels of staff and clients and be key in the growth of plans of the business over the coming years.
You will be expected to undertake and deliver a number of task and duties including HR, providing assistant to senior management, health and safety and dealing with day to day staff.
General hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm but a degree of flexibility may be required . It will be expected that the applicant will have own transport to get to and from the office. Benefits include 24 days holiday and a performance related bonus.
